By placing an order with Little Miss Y2K, you are agreeing to the following:

• You have read and understood the product description in full before purchasing
• You have reviewed and accepted our Terms of Service and Purchase Policies
• You accept the terms outlined in this Refund & Returns Policy

We take great care in curating each order, and we want every piece to meet your expectations. However, if something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your items are damaged or do not reflect the product description, contact us immediately. We'll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Returns

If your order does not match the product description, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it.
Please note:
• Returns must be at your own cost
• All returns must be sent tracked
• Items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered

We do not accept returns for:
• Change of mind
• Sizing/personal preference
• Items purchased on sale
• Curated mystery boxes or bundles unless the contents are incorrect or damaged

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, you’ll be refunded via your original payment method.
Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
